Der 29-jährige Spanier triumphierte beim Nachtrennen auf dem Marina Bay Circuit mit nur 812 Tausendstelsekunden Vorsprung vor McLaren-Pilot Lande Norris. Der dritte Platz ging an Lewis Hamilton.
