Max Verstappen domineerde de Belgische Formule 1 Grand Prix en boekte zijn tiende overwinning van het seizoen. Met deze triomf werd Red Bull het eerste team in de geschiedenis dat de eerste twaalf races van het seizoen won. Sergio Pérez, een andere Red Bull-coureur, eindigde op 22 seconden achterstand als tweede achter de leider in het kampioenschap. Charles Leclerc van het Ferrari-team pakte de derde positie op het circuit van Spa-Francorchamps.
