Max Verstappen zegevierde in zijn vijfde van de zeven races in het huidige Formule 1-seizoen en blijft zijn voorsprong in de top van het kampioenschap vergroten. Deze overwinning markeert ook zijn 40e overwinning in zijn carrière. Hij werd op het podium vergezeld door beide Mercedessen, met Lewis Hamilton als tweede en George Russell als derde. Red Bull blijft domineren en de andere teams wachten nog steeds op hun eerste overwinning.
