Het dichtstbijzijnde treinstation ligt op 10 mijl (16 kilometer) van Silverstone in Wolverton. De busverbinding naar het circuit is daar echter niet optimaal. Het is handiger om de trein te nemen naar grotere plaatsen zoals Milton Keynes en Northampton. Deze liggen verder weg, maar bieden comfortabele pendelbussen naar het circuit.
Zowel Northampton als Milton Keynes liggen direct aan de lijn Londen-Birmingham, waardoor ze vanuit beide steden gemakkelijk te bereiken zijn. De reis duurt minder dan een uur. Als jein Londen woont, probeer dan accommodatie te vinden zo dicht mogelijk bij Euston station, waar alle treinen naar Silverstone vertrekken.
